Nordic 36 Eco 23

A New Level of Freedom

The Nordic Eco 36 takes everything that made the Eco 18 beloved — simplicity, warmth, and smart design — and expands it into a new class of comfort. With more space, more light, and more possibilities, it’s a natural evolution for those who want to stay longer, travel further, and live beautifully on the water.

Nordic Design, Elevated

Built around timeless Nordic design principles, the Eco 36 combines natural materials, clean geometry, and seamless indoor–outdoor flow. Panoramic glass walls frame the surrounding landscape, while natural wood textures and soft lighting create a calm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s a houseboat that feels open yet private — modern yet perfectly at home in nature.

Crafted for All Seasons

From serene summer mornings to quiet winter evenings, the Eco 36 is designed for year-round enjoyment. Its insulated structure and durable floating system provide stability and peace of mind in any weather. Every detail — from ventilation to heating readiness — reflects a thoughtful balance between engineering precision and Nordic practicality.

Comfort That Adapts to You

Step inside and discover a generous living space designed for flexibility and comfort. A bright salon with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy master bedroom, and a private bathroom ensure effortless daily living. A dedicated room can be configured as a Finnish sauna or used for storage or technical space, depending on your lifestyle. With sleeping capacity for up to four, it’s ideal for couples, small families, or guests who never want to leave.

Timeless Simplicity

More than a houseboat — the Nordic Eco 36 is a peaceful extension of your life on land. It offers all the freedom of waterborne living with the comfort and warmth of a true home. Sustainable, efficient, and beautifully understated — it’s everything you need, and nothing you don’t.
