NordicSeason houseboats incorporate modular technology, utilizing purpose-built factories to produce various elements. Our in-house production includes the fabrication of key components like a welded aluminium frame, roto-molded HDPE floats, and sandwich panels with effective insulation. These houseboats are meticulously designed to prioritize longevity, practicality, low maintenance requirements, and excellent sailing capabilities. To meet the high expectations of our customers, we use the finest materials and components available in the market.

At every stage of production, we employ a sophisticated three-level quality control system to ensure uncompromised quality in our houseboats. The indoor materials we use are based on scientifically proven non-allergic materials, prioritizing the well-being of occupants. For the exterior cladding, we employ a variety of materials, including Termo Wood, wood composite, and PVC.

Our houseboats are equipped with double glass windows, enabling year-round usage. To achieve maximum autonomy, we have designed an energy solution that incorporates solar panels on the roof and energy-efficient LED lighting. For heating and hot water, sailing houseboats utilize an LPG heating system, while harbor houseboats employ electric systems.

Regarding the kitchen, customers have the option to either have a custom-built kitchen or choose one from IKEA.
