Nordic Season
is a Finnish design
The houseboats are developed according to Finnish standards. Sturdy, solid, good sailing and resistant to harsh winters. The Floats are made of Polyethene with a notch on the bottom for more grip on the water while sailing. The frame is built of aluminum making the houseboat easy and light to sail. Make sailing a lot safer than standard houseboats of these dimensions.

Through the use of natural materials and beautiful Finnish wood, this boat radiates a warmth and coziness that you will not see anywhere else.

For the construction, sustainability and environmentally friendly production is paramount. The houseboats are produced from sustainable materials such as Finnish thermowood. A non-toxic natural product that lasts a very long time thanks to the water-based impregnation agents and on which a long warranty is given.

The Nordic Season houseboats are designed to meet the basic needs of a client with an optional sauna or storage room. It further consists of a fully equipped kitchen/bedroom and bathroom. The layout of the boat can be adapted to the needs of the client. See several floor plans below the pictures.

The boats are available in different sizes, with or without sauna and many additional options. If you do not choose a sauna, a large bedroom can be made to the living room.

The floats are made of Polythene and are indestructible.

This Houseboat Nordic 32 Eco18 is recommended for two people.

LAYOUTS

STANDARD/BASIC SET-UP

1 Hull: polyethylene (HDPE), thickness up to 10mm, black colour, UV resistant.

2 Platform construction: several sections of individual extruded aluminum profile. The platform and profile have been designed to allow easy installation and replacement of deck equipment. The platform is reinforced, deformations are reduced to a minimum. The boat is equipped with lifting points that will facilitate the transportation of the boat. Platform side impact protection.

3 Living module W (wood): base (floor) 148mm (2mm x 2mm hot cured fiberglass (GFC) and 80mm extruded expanded polystyrene (EPS), anodized aluminum profile; stainless steel fasteners; walls: 69-80mm, the outside: profiled northern timber cladding (color: brown), the inside: profiled northern timber cladding (color: white and grey), polyurethane insulation 45mm; rainwater drainage system (in the four corners of the roof, integrated in the external walls).

4 Living module flooring: saloon and cabins - nordic timber floorboard 26mm, bathroom and sauna - sheet vinyl flooring.

5 Inside laminated living module doors.

6 Aluminum frame, isolated windows system. Front sliding windows; not-opening front side vitrine windows; sliding bedroom vitrine window on the port side; not-opening wooden frame, round windows in the port and starboard side; the glass: single-chamber, double-layer, tempered, tinted. Aluminum frame exterior door.

7 Ventilation holes in every cabin.

8 Bathroom equipment: hot and cold water supply, shower panel, washbasin with mirror, stainless steel water drain, mixer tap, electric toilet with macerator.

9 Kitchen equipment: kitchen set, base cabinets, hanging cabinets, worktop, black sink, mixer tap, two-burner gas hob, kitchen extractor fan 230V, refrigerator 230V.

10 Furniture: Bed with mattress (width 140 cm, mattress height 16cm), bed storage.

11 Water supply system: 200 litres tank, level sender, water level gauge, hoses, air vent, water deck plate, water pump 24 V with expansion tank, a system for connecting water from the shore with a quick connection.

12 Waste water system: Wastewater tank 240 litres, wastewater level gauge, vacuum drain system, hoses, installation/fixing materials.

13 Steering console (inside the living module) with a hydraulic steering system, plastic steering wheel, electric switch panel with identifying labels for navigation lights, a compass, a USB socket, a box for electrical fuses with a DIN rail. Wireless rear video monitoring system, camera + monitor 7".

14 Electrical installation: LED lights with dimmer inside the living module and the stern deck; bedside reading lights; switches; 230-volt shore connection watertight plug; 230-volt electrical sockets; electric towel dryer 230V; a set of electrical fuses and RCD; electrical wiring for 230V and 12-24V; VICTRON power inlet stainless with cover 16A/250VAC (2P/3W).

15 Hot tap water system: 500W electric heater.

16 Bow and stern deck equipment: impregnated anti-slip nordic spruce terrace board (brown); bow and stern stainless steel (grade 316) side railing 2mm (diameter 42.4 mm), stainless steel cable; aluminum mooring cleat 6 pcs (ALU Nordic Season); 3 steps stainless steel ladder (width 168mm).

17 Navigation lights; pole light 24 V; electric horn 24 V; a flagpole with base.

18 Stern cabinets: service column for filling and draining; cabinet for gas bottles.
