Houseboats for sale – to live aboard, rent out or escape to

Buying a Nordic Season houseboat

Morning coffee on your own deck, a swim straight from the stern, the sauna warming up as the sun goes down – a houseboat is a home that floats, and it can be yours in summer and in winter. Nordic Season designs them in Finland for lakes, rivers and sheltered coastal waters: an aluminium platform with HDPE floats and an insulated living module, to live aboard, rent out or keep as a holiday home.

Which line suits you?

• ECO line – compact floating homes of 18 to 36 m²: Nordic 32 Eco 18 from €70,690, Nordic 36 Eco 23 from €93,495 and Nordic 40 Eco 36 with two bedrooms from €123,190. CE category D for inland waters.
• Nordic Sabre – 12 to 15 m, composite living module, two bedrooms and a roof terrace: Sabre 43 from €163,690, Sabre 39 and Sabre 49 on request. Designed for CE category C.
• SEA line – Nordic 47 Sea Line, 13.9 m, from €245,000, for coastal waters.
• Nordic Villas – a modular villa built like our houseboats, on land or on a floating platform, from €69,500.

All prices are base prices excluding VAT, options and delivery, ex works Lithuania.

How buying works

1. Choose a model and layout – we help you compare sizes, layouts and interior lines.
2. Receive a personal offer with options, delivery and timetable.
3. Visit our yard in Lithuania and see a finished boat on the water before you decide.
4. Build: the typical lead time is 16–24 weeks from the order.
5. Delivery: the boat is transported to your mooring; transport is included in the offer as a separate item.

Good to know

• A Nordic Season houseboat is registered as a boat, not as a building – in most countries no building permit is needed. Mooring rules depend on the place, so check them locally.
• Several finished boats can be viewed in Svencelė, Lithuania, and are available without waiting for production.
